We are very fortunate to have a number of great service companies on Grand Island for most of our needs. Thomas and his crew at Top Notch are certainly one of those companies. I was away on business this morning when my sump pump alarm start going off. Power had gone out and my backup wasn’t engaging. A quick call to these guys and they were at my house before any water made it into the basement. So thankful to have companies like this around when you need them! Thank you Thomas and crew!

I had contact Thomas for a second opinion because I was suspicious from what me and my landlord was told from a different company. I had explained what was going on and what I had found out which was different then what my landlord was told he had come here and did exactly what we had talked about to be done and come to find out my landlord was lied to by this other company and he did the job and now everything is great i had excellent experience with him he is very polite and explained everything as he was doing it I'm happy with my experience and so is my landlord and my landlord plans on using him possibly in the future for other properties

Our kitchen sink was clogged and it was a job that my husband was not able to fix himself. I called TJ and left him a voicemail... within minutes he returned my call and was at my house in just a few short hours.
He did a fantastic job clearing our stubborn drain. He was pleasant, professional, persistent and very reasonably priced!!! As an added bonus he was very neat .... he removed his boots before entering our home and made sure everything was cleaned up before he left!!
We are very satisfied with the service TJ provided and thrilled to be able to use our sink again!! 😀

Professionalism, punctuality, and HONESTY just scratches the surface. An almost immediate answer to my frantic phone call as my basement filled with yesterday's burritos, and a response time that was not only as promised, but amazingly quick. Not only was my sewer problem fixed, but TJ was able to tell me what the issue was, provide guidance, and let me know what to expect with my specific problem. Not only that, but I have VIDEO evidence of what the issue is should my municipality try to tell me different. He was able to show me exactly what was wrong. Should any issues happen again, there is no way I would look any further than Top Notch Sewer and Drain Cleaning. My worries are truly down the drain.

I spent a lot of (wasted) time trying to diagnose/unclog my storm sewer drainage at my commercial building before calling Top-Notch. Jack and Max came out within 1 day and completely fixed my issue. They also took the time to show me the camera footage, how piping was connected, etc - you could tell they took pride in doing the job right. Price was more than reasonable. I feel foolish for not calling sooner but you live and you learn! Next time I'll call them first - thanks guys!

I reached out to Tom to help diagnosis an issue with my HVAC system at my home. Within 24hrs him and his team came to my house, diagnosed and fixed the issue. They were efficient, thorough and most importantly honest. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they helped me better understand how my system works and ways to prolong the life of my system.
